I was referred to this company by dementia solutions and I am so grateful for the referral. It’s been about 10 months since I installed the devices in my mom’s house and have been monitoring her movements, and daily activity. She lives alone and I’m an only child who lives in another country. My mom is 85 and at the beginning stages of dementia. Sleep sense is one of my favorite of the devices as it monitors her sleeping patterns and the overall information from the Vericare app is incredible. I honestly would join this company as a rep because I love it so much and it gives me such peace of mind. I feel like I’m able to check in on her without being there and without extra cameras.
Since I didn’t want my mom to feel stress about this, I installed it myself without strangers coming in the house. The people at tochtech were so great in helping me plan the installation. They also helped me troubleshoot. Love Tochie for mom’s pill reminders.
This is an amazing product and I’m thankful to the wonderful people who work at Tochtech and promote this service and technology. 🫶

I had trouble getting the knobs to connect. They tried to help me online but I wasn’t able to get them to work. They arranged a Zoom call and were very patient with my poor tech skills! They got it to work and I know stove safety has improved! Great customer service!

After using electric stoves my entire life, we moved to a home with a gas range. After forgetting to shut a burner off a couple of times we decided to try this product. It was well packaged, fairly easy to install & the knobs blend in very well with our range. I like that it not only beeps to alert it’s on, but also notifies through our phones when the stove is on/off. It also recognizes when there hasn’t been movement near the stove & alerts after 5 minutes. (This saved the Mac & cheese from boiling over during the Super Bowl last night!) This product isn’t the cheapest, but it puts my mind at ease & worth the $$!
