Canada’s long-term care (LTC) homes face a variety of challenges in their collective efforts to provide dignified, quality care to the residents they serve.
Communitech, in partnership with The CAN Health Long-Term Care Innovation and Scaling Network, powered by Bruyère, is working to address the top priorities for LTC homes by scaling Canadian-made technology solutions.
