I had trouble getting the knobs to connect. They tried to help me online but I wasn’t able to get them to work. They arranged a Zoom call and were very patient with my poor tech skills! They got it to work and I know stove safety has improved! Great customer service!

Most would say why do you need this device if you already have an Alexa or Google device. During our “stay home” orders, we tried using Alexa and Google to set reminders for our kids to do homework, activities and chores and it just didn’t work effectively. Kids have more fun with the personalized messages. Also another HUGE benefit that I can see for my parents who don’t speak English is now they can hear messages in their own language. I don’t have to call them constantly to remind them to do this or that. We can also send surprise messages to keep them engaged. Perfect for all ages frankly, not just kids and seniors.

I live 70 miles away from my sister who needs to be reminded of appointments among other things. We’ve been using it for about a month and find it helpful. She seems to be happy to hear my voice almost everyday and I can use my phone calls to talk about other things. When requesting a confirmation (by tapping the top), the Tochie is not sensitive enough. In fact, she has to bang it on the table to confirm or repeat the message. Otherwise, overall a very handy product.

Works great! Love knowing when my elderly mom turns on…and off the stove. Love that you can customize the reminders.
