    Take clear photos

    Use your phone to capture:

    • Whole stove / full stove view
    • Shaft height
    • Underside of knob
    • Any extra angle that may help us better understand your setup (optional)

    Measurement Photo Instructions

    1. Use a measuring tape

Be sure to use a measuring tape, preferably metric with millimetres, and place it in the position specified in each photo example.

    2. Take shaft height photos from surface level

For any shaft height measurements, take the photos as close to the flat stove surface as possible, with the camera lens nearly level with the stove surface. The goal is to capture shaft heights from a straight-on, low angle so the measurements can be clearly compared to the tape measure and represent the true heights. Avoid taking the photos from above or a high angle, as this can distort the measurements and make the shafts appear taller or shorter than they really are.

    • Whole stove / full stove view
    • Surface opening diameter
    • Total shaft height
    • Shaft extension above surface
    • Underside of knob
    • Any extra angle that may help us better understand your setup (optional)
